Write for us

Golden Stadium Stories welcomes considered proposals about stadium design, place, rituals, memory and reuse. We are interested in clear, specific ideas that help readers see a venue or its culture from a fresh angle.

What makes a strong pitch

Offer one central question, explain why it matters to readers, and show what makes the subject distinctive. A focused piece about a roof, entrance, neighbourhood connection, matchday custom or change of use is more useful than a broad survey without a clear thread. Tell us what material or experience would support the piece, and distinguish personal observation from facts that would need checking.

What to send

Include a working title, a short summary, the proposed angle and a brief description of relevant writing or subject experience. A complete draft is not needed for an initial proposal. Do not send confidential material or claim access, credentials or permissions you do not have.

How to contact us

Send proposals through the Contact page and choose the editorial question option. A submission is a proposal, not a promise of publication. Please wait for a response before sending a full manuscript.

Our point of view

A venue holds more than a crowd.

A stadium gathers design, place and shared ritual in one setting. Looking closely at those details reveals how a venue becomes part of a wider story.
